An Overview

Following a long tradition of mutual support between the Grenoble scientific environment and industry, CRETA aims to promote and valorise research conducted in partner laboratories. Projects aimed at the industrial sector are set up and carried out on a contractual basis.

This modern building, with large premises, is the meeting place of fundamental research and industrial applications.

The laboratory has been designed to accommodate a large range of equipments and devices, essential for the efficient conduction of studies on new technologies, as well as the researchers involved in the projects.

CRETA is organised around several technology platforms that allow the execution of research projects on various scientific themes ranging from material processing to industrial applications.
